James Bryant is a technical and commercial leader in polyethylene film applications, specializing in aligning application development with profitability, sustainability, and customer value. With over 15 years in the flexible packaging industry, James has built a career at the intersection of material science, operations, and market strategy.

James also plays an active role in shaping industry dialogue. He serves with the Flexible Packaging Association’s Emerging Leadership Council, co-leading its College Outreach initiative, previously TAPPI IFPED Marketing Chairman, President of SPE OK division and has most recently had the privilege of speaking at AMI’s PE Films conference and US Plastics Pact Webinar series on nucleated HDPE barrier film development.
